The Interact Commerce Volume License Program is a custom certificate-licensing program that gives the end user the right to install ACT! software for multiple users. Licensing is available for corporate and GEM end users (government, educational, medical or non-profit organizations). Authorization is not required for the Volume License Program. Pricing levels are determined by the total number of combined license and upgrade insurance units.
Upgrade Insurance
The upgrade insurance is valid for two years. The customer may purchase the upgrade insurance within 60 days of the original license purchase. Interact Commerce will ship automatically any new versions released during the time the customer's upgrade insurance is valid. Novell Software Licensing gives your organization the legal right to install and use the software as purchased. Acquiring software through the licensing program eliminates the need to buy or store multiple copies of documentation and media.

The Contract License Agreement (CLA) provides:
Worldwide Availability
The CLA is signed directly with Novell and gives a company's business divisions, subsidiaries and worldwide affiliates the flexibility to make individual purchasing, reseller and licensing choices using a CLA membership level. Once the initial CLA requirement is met, any of the company's divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates can join the program for as little as $5,000 (suggested retail price). To participate, the divisions and subsidiaries simply submit the CLA membership form found in the Corporate License Agreement.
Simple Product Delivery And Installation

A WRQ Reflection Volume Purchase Account (VPA) is a purchasing plan that specifies pricing for a specific customer during a VPA term. Open VPA is a transaction-based plan that allows customers to buy at a set-price level for one year without signing a contract.

VPA Price Levels
