All orders for products currently in stock placed before 3:00 PM PST are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next business day. If there will be a delay in the shipment of your order (such as a stock backorder, or processing-related lead time for a custom item), we will contact you with the expected ship date. All of our customers' packages are insured. If any damage is inflicted to items due to shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. * All shipments destined outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be assessed an additional shipping charge AFTER the order is submitted.
